RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
any unused and unopened item for a refund* (not including shipping costs) within
the first 30 days following your order.  Please keep all original packaging;
items not in their original condition are not returnable. All return cost are
the consumers responsibility.

*The following may not be returned for refund:
anything that has been opened and written on or has missing pages.

NOTE:

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within
48 hours of your receiving the product.

Include the following information:

1.    Your order number: example: (ORD2009011) or
(123.1234567890) if ordered on the web.   If ordered by phone we will need the date you ordered or
transaction date from your credit card and name of the person and/or Company
that the order was shipped to. If ordered by mail we will need to know the date
you mailed the order the name and/or Company that it was shipped to. 

2.    The item number of the product(s) you wish to return.

3.    How many of each product(s) you wish to return.

4.    The reason for the return. For example: Is the item
defective or damaged?

If you received the wrong item* please contact us by phone 800-638-1684 or by email:

so that we can re-ship the correct item. If we request
the incorrect item to be shipped back to us we will pay the shipping cost.

EXCHANGES

NOTE:

The cost of shipping the exchanged item to you will be charged
to your credit card or a check will need to be sent along with the returned
items. Please contact customer service for the cost at 800-638-1684.

Binders: Our binders are guaranteed for 6 months.  If your binder becomes
defective within the 6 months please contact us at 800-638-1684 and we will
do a one time only  replacement of the binder.
